Our support emails are monitored at all times and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you need additional assistance, we will help you with a phone or video call on a case-by-case basis, normally during UK / European office hours.

Easy to use

How easy is it to use Fillaform if I'm not technically savvy?

It's incredibly easy. If you are not technically savvy, the good news is that we have designed Fillaform especially for you! And if you have any questions, we are here and happy to support you.

Can I customize the look and feel of my forms?

The form design itself can consist of any combination of the elements we provide.

If you are on a paid plan, you can upload your organisation's logo which will be included at the top of the form along with your organisation's name.

We do not currently offer any other look-and-feel customisation, as we'd rather keep things simple for you and your users.

What do Fillaform forms look like?

If you would like to see how the forms will appear to your users, use the Preview once you've designed and activated your form.

How can I use Fillaform to create more engaging and user-friendly forms that will increase response rates?

Our easy-to-use form builder is ideal for creating engaging forms, and we have designed each element to be as user-friendly as possible, whether accessed on a mobile phone, a tablet, or on a desktop computer.

Moreover, as the forms are web-based, you can easily modify them if you hear from your users that the form wasn't clear enough.

Can I see some example forms?

Yes! We have lots of example forms available in our form templates. These provide you with a convenient quick-start form template that you can modify according to your needs.

Do you offer file uploads with your forms?

We certainly do! With the Fillaform Form Builder, you can add image upload boxes and PDF upload boxes to your form. Any files that users attach to their form response this way are stored securely in the cloud along with the form response, and you can download them at any time.

Saving you time and effort

How can I use Fillaform to improve the accuracy and completeness of the data collected through my forms?

Fillaform is ideal for improving accuracy and completeness of data that you collect through your forms. For example, if you require a number or email, you would use one of our "Number" or "Email" boxes. These boxes will only accept numbers or emails.

Another example is dates. To ensure that dates are valid (not, say, the 30th of February), and to avoid confusion with a date such as "3/12" (12th of March or 3rd of December?) we offer a "Date" box that comes with an easy calendar picker.

A further example is phone numbers. To ensure that the international code and the main number are consistently formatted, and to make it easy for your users to enter their phone number, we offer a "Phone" box.

Can Fillaform help me reduce the amount of time I spend manually inputting data into spreadsheets or databases?

Yes - by exporting the data from the Forms page, you can access the data immediately in a familiar tool such as Excel, without needing to key it in first. This saves you time and effort, and avoids the chance of any error introduced due to hard-to-read written responses, for example.

Your time and effort is further saved by recording data in a consistent format (especially relating to emails, numbers, dates, and phone numbers), thanks to the handy boxes provided in our form builder.

Is it possible to use Fillaform for contracts and similar agreements that require a signature?

Yes - our forms have a signature box that you can add. This allows the recipient to sign the form using their mouse or finger. The results look just like ink, and can be easily printed or saved to a PDF.

You can also add as many text blocks and headings as you like to the form, and edit or re-order them easily.

With your company details at the top, followed by form boxes for the recipient's name and other details, it's incredibly easy to create attractive and professional-looking contracts and other agreements using Fillaform.

It's far easier than fiddling around with hard-to-draw areas on a cumbersome PDF, or trying to get boxes to line up in a word processor. What better way to start a relationship with an employee or customer than a slick and professional contract!

Works with every workflow

How do I share my forms with others?

You simply email them a link to the form (or share the link in Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp for example). You can get the unique link for each form from the Forms page.

Alternatively, you can create a QR code from the Forms page, providing an easy way for mobile device users to access and complete your form (for example from a poster), or for when you need to refer to your form in a printed document.

How can Fillaform help me streamline my workflow for collecting and organizing data?

With Fillaform, you can automate data collection and streamline your workflow by easily creating and sharing custom online forms. Once data is submitted, it can be quickly organized, analyzed, and exported, saving you valuable time and effort.

Can Fillaform be used for both internal and external forms, such as employee surveys or customer feedback forms?

Yes! As well as external forms that you might send to the general public or to customers, Fillaform is ideal for internal use, for example in situations where employee confidentiality or anonymity is important.

Can I export data collected through my Fillaform forms to other systems, such as Excel?

Yes! You can export your form's responses from the Forms page in Excel format. Once you have opened your data in Excel, it's then an easy matter of adding formatting and managing the data according to your usual workflow.

Does Fillaform integrate with other software tools, such as CRM or project management software?

It's easy to export data for any of your forms from the Forms page, which can be imported into many software packages such as CRM software, or simply viewed and edited in Microsoft Excel.

Can Fillaform be used to create forms in multiple languages or for multilingual audiences?

You have complete control over all of the text in your form, including instructions and labels for every box. You can, therefore, create different versions of your form to suit different audiences - a form in French to send to French customers, and a version in English for your English customers, for example.

Peace of mind

Are the forms secure and confidential?


The forms are served to the recipient via secure https://. This is the same as you'd expect from an ecommerce website. The form can then be completed using any web browser or mobile device.

When the recipient sends their response, this again uses https://. The data is held securely in our GDPR-compliant database.

When you come to review the responses, you'll login to Fillaform using our industry-standard and lightning-fast authentication, and access the responses once again over a secure https:// link in your web browser.

This means that responses are secure and confidential at all times, unlike email attachments!

How does Fillaform ensure the security of my data and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA?

How many form designs can I create?

You can design up to 100 forms with a Fillaform subscription.

With a free plan, you can design one form.

What features are only available on paid plans?

You can use all Fillaform features on a free plan, except for:

  • Signature boxes
  • Image upload boxes
  • PDF upload boxes

These form boxes are only available with a paid plan. However, you can still try them out and see how they work on a free plan by using the "Preview" feature in the Form Builder.

How many form responses can I have?

With a Fillaform subscription, there is no limit to the number of responses you can receive.

With a free plan, you are limited to 10 responses.

Where can I find invoices for my subscription payments?

You can find invoices in our payment portal, which is linked from your account area. Invoices can be downloaded in PDF format to pass on to your accountant or accounts department, or for saving in your accounts software.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our payment portal. You can find this in your account area.

Please note that you (and your users) will lose access to your forms and response data at the end of your subscription period if you cancel, and that any forms you have sent out will no longer work.
